marion eames white is a poet, tattoo artist, and scholar of religion. They were born and raised in New York, but their practice has ferried them to Rhode Island, Japan, Kenya, and—most recently—Southern California. They explore the influence of American individualism on creative and religious practices, combining translation theory and biblical genealogy to subvert hegemonic Evangelical traditions and welcome Othered bodies into larger conversations of sacrality and belonging.
They are an avid language-learner and a VFX enthusiast.
